The Shoe Butler (“we”) operates theshoebutler.com and our shop at Shop No. 1, Al Barsha Palace, Al Barsha 1, Dubai, UAE.
What we collect. When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email, Instagram or our website, we receive the details you share: your name, phone number, email, address for pickup/delivery, and photos of your items.
How we use it. Only to quote, arrange pickup and delivery, carry out and follow up on your order, and — if you agree — send you occasional offers. We do not sell your information.
Payments. Card and payment-link payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. The Shoe Butler does not see or keep your card numbers.
Analytics and advertising. Our website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking (cookies) to understand visits and measure our ads. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Sharing. We share details only with our delivery staff to complete your order, or where required by UAE law.
Retention. We keep order records for as long as needed for service and accounting purposes. Before and after photos of your items are deleted 6 months after your job is completed, except photos we have published on our website or social media.

Terms of Service
1. Quotation and payment. The Shoe Butler starts work on your item only after you approve our quotation. Full payment in advance is preferred and can be made by payment link, cash or card.
2. Delivery times. Delivery times are estimates. They may vary because of how materials react to treatments and, in some cases, because of sourcing materials. While we are sorry for any longer wait, The Shoe Butler is not responsible for delays caused by these factors.
3. Before and after photos. The Shoe Butler takes before and after photos of every item we work on. These photos are the only evidence we accept in case of any dispute about the condition of an item.
4. Uncollected items. Please collect or arrange delivery of your item once your job is completed. Because our storage space is limited, we keep completed items for a maximum of 6 months. After 6 months, uncollected items will be donated or sold to cover our costs, and their photos will be deleted.
5. Use of photos and videos. By handing your item over to The Shoe Butler, you agree that we may photograph and film it and use these photos and videos for marketing — including our website, social media and advertising — in the way we see fit. We do not show your name or personal details without your permission.
